Return and Refund Policy for Chastitycageindia

At Chastitycageindia, customer satisfaction is our top priority. While we strive to provide the best products and services, we understand that there might be situations where a return is necessary. Please read our return policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions for returning a product.

Eligibility for Returns

  1. Damaged or Defective Products:

    • If the product you received is damaged or defective, you may request a return or replacement with 24 hours of receiving the products.
    • Replacement or returned product will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days. 

  2. Wrong Item Received:

    • If you receive an incorrect item, you are eligible for a return or exchange. Within 24 hours of receiving the products.
    • Exchange or returned product will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days. 

  3. Conditions for Return:

    • Unopened Package: The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and unopened.
    • Opening Video Required: A clear, unedited video of the package being opened is mandatory for processing return requests. This ensures the authenticity of claims regarding damaged or incorrect items.

  4. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Used Products: Products that have been used or are not in their original condition cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety concerns.
    • Customized or Special Orders: Items that are customized or specially ordered are non-returnable.
    • Delivery amount or Booking amount: Cannot be returned or refunded

Return Process

  1. Contact Customer Support:

    • Notify us about the issue within 24 hours of receiving the product.
    • Provide the opening video and clear images of the product showing the issue.

  2. Verification:

    • Our team will review the provided video and images to verify the claim.
    • Once verified, we will guide you through the return process.

  3. Return Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the issue is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

  4. Refund or Replacement:

    • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement within 10-20 business days.
    • If approved it will be automatically refunded on your original payment method between 10 business days. 
    • It can take sometime for your bank and credit card company to process and post the refund.

Important Notes

  • No Return Without Opening Video: Claims without an unedited opening video will not be accepted.
  • Hygiene Priority: We cannot accept returns of used products for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Time Frame for Returns: Return requests must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery.
